The bill (Reg. No. 8427) increases financial support of the program "Comprehensive Care and Treatment of the Victims of Chornobyl Disaster with Oncological Diseases with the Use of High-Priced Medical Technologies" out of the general fund of the State Budget by UAH 10 million.

However, the Committee members stated that the bill fails to substantiate the given sum, which violates the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada.
